Description of Sensor Positioning System

曼格尼森自动寻边装置由纠偏控制系统控制，用来跟踪不同宽度的材料。

自动寻边器用来对材料对中或跟边，必须配合曼格尼森的纠偏系统才开使用。该系统的组成部分由自动铝合金追边导轨、超声波电眼或光电电眼（根据客户的不同材料做选择）、控制器、伺服执行器、直流电源和连接线。

MAGNI Automatic sensor positioner is a positioning device system,which is working with web guide control system to make sensors track the material’s edge according to various web width.

MAGNI Automatic sensor positioner is used for web center/edge guiding, it must work with MAGNI MACHINERY’S Web guide system, The system consists of Automatic Aluminum frame guider, ultrasonic sensors or photo sensors, controller, servo actuator, DC power and cables.

特点Features

1.     防尘设计，用滚珠丝杆作为传动机构，减小运动摩擦和延迟操作寿命；

Dust-tight design, with ball bearings in all moving parts for low friction and extended operating life.

2.     纠偏电眼的检测精度为±0.05mm/±0.02mm，防护等级IP54;

Web guide sensors, detection accuracy is ±0.05mm/±0.02mm with protection grade IP54;

3.     根据材料的不同幅宽度和位置电眼可以自动调节追边；

The movement of web guide sensors can be adjustable automatically according to the material real actual position;

4.     由伺服执行器进行高精度控制；

High precision controlled with servo actuator;

5.     可用于各种薄膜和布料；

It can be used for all kinds of films and fabrics;

6.     我们可以根据客户材料的最小/最大幅宽进行特殊定制。
